May 25, 2009: Tina, Zack, Kylie, and I moved a full trailer load of
tables, shelving, and chairs from 3rd
Place to Perry today. That is trip # 3 of
"small stuff!" I think we are close to having everything moved
except the big stuff this Saturday.
May 24, 2009: My son,
Zack, and I loaded up 2 truckloads of 3rd
Place equipment and delivered everything to the
Perry campus. The "big" load will take place next Saturday, May 30th,
at 10am at the 3rd Place
in Stillwater,
located on The Strip. Thanks for any help you can provide! Please note that
this moving date has forced us to change the prayer meeting at the campus from
May 30th to June 6th, 10:30am-11:45am. Below are some pictures that Zack
took last week when we had our first meeting & tour of the building.

May 23, 2009:Tina and I and our daughter, Bree, spent time today
at 3rd Place sorting through what we can use in Perry, as well as what our
current and future campuses will be able to use. This is not about the Perry
campus, but rather about Kingdom. We look forward to sharing God's blessings
with other campuses that have specific needs.
We then traveled to OKC to get Bree's cello worked on. While there, the owner
asked what my "occupation" was. I hesitated briefly, and then said I
was a "Pastor." I believe it was the first time I have ever responded
to that question that way. It was kind of awkward... and also humbling as I
felt like she was certainly watching and looking at me differently. It is a
huge responsibility, and pray that I can be His servant every step of the way
in this journey. ... >>full
May 21, 2009:What a great, humbling evening we had last night.
There were 19 people that came to the facility for a basic walk through (pix
above). At one point, I sat back and was almost in tears as God continues to
move and move, preparing all of us to do His work in Perry. Tina and I are
truly amazed and humbled at His goodness & timing.
Great day today. We secured all the necessary insurance to move forward with
renovations, getting volunteers involved, etc. Tina and I will start working on
a schedule of ongoing "opportunities" at the building. Trust me,
there will be plenty to do from sweeping to sawing. As we spoke with many of
you about last night, we met with a local coffeehouse ministry team (3rd Place) here in Stillwater this morning to
explore the possibilities of purchasing their coffee equipment ... >>full
May 18, 2009:Welcome to the Perry, Ok campus page! If this is your
first visit, let me introduce myself and my wife, Tina, to you. Tina and I have
been married for 26 years (we must have been married when we were 10!) and have
3 children - Zack, who is 20 and a freshman at OSU; Kylie who is 18 and a
freshman at OSU; and Bree, who is 15 and will be a sophomore at Stillwater High
School. Although we both grew up in church, we kind of drifted away from church
and God during most of our adult lives until about 5 years ago. At that time,
we both rediscovered Christ in a brand new way - through a personal
relationship with Him. To put it in basic terms, our lives have been
transformed ever since.
